Visible smoke in the ACT

The ACT Emergency Services Agency advise the community that the smoke haze in the ACT today and likely for a number of days is coming from fires burning in NSW.

There is no threat to the ACT from these fires.

Please only call Emergency Triple Zero (000) if you see an unattended fire, not just because you can see or smell smoke.
