ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) have responded to a strong smell of gas on Lonsdale Street in Braddon. Two pumpers, a commanders and a Hazmat unit attended the incident and isolated the gas valve in the carpark where the strong smell originated from. ACTF&R ventilated the car park and tested the air quality in the building and surrounds. They have deemed the area safe and are releasing the building back to the building manager.
