Storm and Flood Assistance
[media-alert type="image" id=29612][media-alert type="image" id=29613]ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) were called to a fire at Woden Athletics Park at approximately 23:15 this evening. ACTF&R attended the scene with 2 pumpers, a commander and a breathing apparatus vehicle. The fire was located in a shed on the western side of the park. Firefighters quickly knocked down the flames and remained on site to monitor any flare-ups. Firefighters cut into the shed for access to extinguish the fire and ventilate. The site was handed to ACT Policing for investigation.
