Fire fighters have extinguished two separate fires caused by hot water heaters in Canberra this weekend.
ACT Fire & Rescue would like to advise the community that if they have any concerns with their hot water system they should have it inspected or maintained by a qualified gas fitter or electrician as soon as possible.
In the case of fire, please call Emergency Triple Zero (E000).
