Firefighters have this morning quickly extinguished a house fire in Chisholm.
ACT Fire & Rescue was alerted to the incident in Nina Jones Crescent at 9:15am.
Two fire trucks and a commander responded to the property initially followed by the breathing aparartus support van and the HAZMAT crew.
Firefighters are commencing mopping up and ventilating smoke from the home.
