Storm and Flood Assistance
The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has responded to 159 calls for help this weekend.
All six ACTSES volunteer units are responding to jobs with support from ACT Fire & Rescue and Territory and Municipal Services Directorate teams.
Crews will continue throughout the night to provide assistance to Canberra homes affected by water damage.
The public is reminded to stay well clear of crossings and other storm water drains, ponds, lakes and flooded cycleways. Call 132 500 for flood and storm damage assistance.
