A 19-year-old man has been transported to the Canberra Hospital following a single vehicle crash on Belconnen Way.
Emergency services were called to the scene near Catchpole Street at 8:22pm.
ACT Fire & Rescue crews used hydraulic rescue tools to cut open the roof of the car to free the man. He was trapped for 50 minutes.
Intensive care paremdics treated the man, who suffered multiple injuries, before taking him to hospital in a stable condition.
Earlier this evening in Flynn, two boys under the age of 10 with minor injuries were taken to the Canberra Hospital for treatment following a two car crash
ACT Ambulance Service was called to the Ginninderra Drive and Companion Crescent intersection at 7:53pm. One driver was assessed at the scene but did not require hospitalisation.
