Garage fire at Dickson

Firefighters are currently working to extinguish a fire in a semi detached fibro double garage on Ruse Street, Dickson.

ACT Fire & Rescue has knocked down the fire and are checking for any possible extension of fire into the home.

There are no injuries.

ACT Fire & Rescue has three fire pumpers on scene, the Hazardous Materials Unit, the Breathing Apparatus Van and one Commander.

The garage has sustained significant damage.
