Motorcyclist in a critical condition

A man has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition this morning after a motorcycle accident in Manuka.

The ACT Ambulance Service was alerted to the incident on Canberra Avenue by ACT Policing just after 1 o'clock.

Intensive care paramedics arrived a short time later to find the motorcyclist unconscious and with multiple injuries.

The 25 year old was stablised then transported to The Canberra Hospital.
