Update two - House fire in Ngunnawal

The fire was contained to a room at the rear of the house.

The room and roof immediately above have sustained fire, smoke and water damage.

The initial estimated damage bill is $75,000.

There was no one home at the time. The fire was reported by a passing motorist who noticed smoke coming from the property.

The cause is unknown at this time.
