Firefighters have extinguished a house fire in Chisholm.
ACT Fire & Rescue was alerted to the incident in Couchman Crescent just before 5:30 this afternoon.
Crews arrived minutes later to find flames coming from the room of the property.
Multiple units were able to quickly knocked the fire down and prevent it from spreading.
Firefighters are now inside the structure dampening down hot spots.
